New York State currently requires a permit in order to purchase all semi-automatic rifles.

NY STATE
PERMIT

Pistol permits in New York are issued by Counties.  These permits are valid throughout the State, except in New York City. 

​

In addition to a NY State application form, each County has additional forms and requirements.  For example, the current Westchester County pistol permit application is over 35 pages of content.

NY CITY
PERMIT

If you live or work in New York City, we can assist you with getting your NYC Pistol Permit.  Our services include the online submission of the handgun application on the NYPD Licensing Portal, passport photographs, Notary services, scanning and uploading of all pertinent documents, and if necessary letters of explanation.

New York City residents must obtain a New York City Rifle/Shotgun permit to keep a Rifle or Shotgun within the city limits. 

​

We offer discounted combination packages if both permits are done simultaneously.
