All pistol, rifle and shotgun sales are final.

Firearms not picked up within one (1) year are subject to a $25 per month storage fee. 

​

Firearms not claimed within two (2) years of its aquistion date will be considered ABANDONED and Parabellum Firearms reserves the right to possess and sell the firearm without compensation to the orginial customer.

Transfer fee for a pistol or longun is $75 and does not include insured shipping cost.

​

All firearms must be shipped either FedEx or UPS. Firearms shipped USPS postal service will be returned to sender and the customer is subject to a $150 penalty. 

​

All firearms shipped to and received by Parabellum Firearms must include a NY compliant gun lock
