All Classes and Application Assistance are non-refundable. There is a $150.00 fee for a replacement certificate. 

 

All firearm and gear sales are final.

Firearms not picked up within one (1) year are subject to a $25 per month storage fee. 

​

Firearms not claimed within two (2) years of its aquistion date will be considered ABANDONED and Parabellum Firearms reserves the right to possess and sell the firearm without compensation to the orginial customer.

Transfer fee for a pistol or longun is $75 and does not include insured shipping cost.

All firearms must be shipped to a legitimate receiveing FFL. The client is responsible to pay for shipping and insuring the transfer. Parabellum is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen firearms. All firearms shipped to and received by Parabellum Firearms must include a NY compliant gun lock.
